Little

Nasturtium

Mudlark doesn’t mind climbing around in the nasturtiums…

.

Quince

…and Guttersnipe quite likes perching in the Quince tree…

.

.

Pear

…and they both enjoy  climbing up the William’s Bon Chrétien Pear tree.

Big

But sometimes they just want to relax and gaze at the flowers without a lot of climbing.

Little

So the human put out a little tin “wicker” bench for them…

Perfect

…just right for two little dolls!

    • The flowers trail around, the fruit increases in length and circumference – lots going on here! We love watching the slow unfolding of nature…I actually think the dolls help me to see it better!

    • I love it too – little Mudlark from her muddy London riverside, and Guttersnipe from her dusty shelf…I am so glad they could come together! Wouldn’t it be interesting to eavesdrop on their conversations?

    • The little are telling me it is perfect, so I am going along with them. They tell me they would like a small cushion, please, though the felt pad is better than nothing. And “Watched Fruit” will ripen eventually!
