after you have knit one round, knit to the last two stitches of the heel needle, knit two together, then knit the six stitches across the instep; then on the heel needle, slip 1, knit one, pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. and knit to the marker.
Alternate a plain knit round with a decrease round until you are back to six stitches on the one needle, and three stitches on each of the other two. Knit three or four more rows plain.
