December Crumbs
December 9 brought us delicious pistachio and cranberry Biscotti from the Crafty Advent Calendar! There were no crumbs after this treat – though there was some delicious sludge at the bottom of the tea cup!
.
.
Graziella and Abigail think the orange crochet pot holder from December 10 perfectly matches our vintage tea cosy!
.
.
And it makes a nice cosy Hitty-sized blanket.
.
.
On the 11th we enjoyed some delicious peppermint, almond, and white chocolate “Bark”…
.
.
…and Graziella held the dust pan while Abigail swept up the crumbs!
.
.
We hope your December has some kind and crafty moments, and delicious crumbs to nibble on.

Your Christmas Crafty cheer narratives hold a place in my mind these days when the gloom gets heavy. Thank you.
You are welcome…The gloom does get heavy at this time of year. Luckily Abigail and Graziella have helped to lighten the gloom in the Quimper Hitty cupboard…I am glad if they are helping in your cupboard too.
I love the sweet tiny world of Quimper Hitty.
I love it too – their small issues and events are a good alternative to all the things we can’t do anything about, or just have to endure.
my goodness what a bounty of tasty treats and the very useful potholder! loved the girls sweeping up the crumbs!
I think sweeping up the crumbs was Graziella and Abigail’s favourite part too!
That bark looks fabulous. Mouse says he adheres to the 1-second rule. If it’s on the floor for 1 second, it’s his! Mind you, I’d have to swoop rather fast, since chocolate is so poisonous for him. I hope the Hittys enjoyed their ‘floor food’ 😊
Whoops! One second is pretty fast, what a speedy helper-cleaner-upper is your Mouse!!
“Well, I AM a greyhound, Aunty Kjerstin”…
thank you to all the Hittys for sharing your advent calendar, such a variety of fun and tasty gifts.
And I hope you are enjoying your teas! It is a fun way to get through most of December!
