What a curious concoction they have come up with. But I bet it is delicious. It looks like a very successful effort!
The jam is delicious, but the blackberry is the stronger flavour. We are thinking that perhaps we picked the berries too soon, and will trry and collect some more as they ripen up this fall.
I know I love blackberry jam,but haven’t ever tried fuchsia…looks yummy…very good job girls Blessings
We usually mix our blackberries (strong flavour, many seeds) with plums (insipid flavour, lots of pulp) to make the perfect jam. We are going to try again with the fuchsia berries.
