Changing Times
The Quimper Hittys had a big job to do… Constance made fast the rope…
Rose held on to the end so it didn’t swing around!!

.
Zipporah applied force to the lever…
.
.
Min helped as much as she could.

One, Two, Three…HEAVE

The Quimper Hittys are ready for Daylight Savings Time.
.
.
The cat likes the Spring time change as it means getting fed an hour earlier!

I am trying to like this, but feeling the effects of getting up an hour earlier. All those Quimper Hittys look cheerful and proud of their achievement, no sleepy heads among them!
No they aren’t often loafing in bed…not even the cat.
The hour glass is such a great idea for the time change. Now there is Spring to look forward to. Over here
our Spring Season has already started. The picture of little Min trying to help is cute and so is the group photograph.
Thanks, I am learning my way around my new camera. The Quimper Hittys do have their own way of dealing with the world!
this was such an enjoyable series of pics. Hetty Hickory really liked seeing those Hittys all hard at work. watching Hittys toiling away is one of her favorite pasttimes.
Thanks! These Hittys always have something up their sleeves. Hetty is welcome to admire their exploits…she can’t wreak too much havoc at this distance!
I think I’ll be used to the time change… sometime… around July.
Oh dear, toad, are you often late?
Look how late I am to respond to your comments here! LOL I am afraid there’s no rest for a hoppin’ toad these days!!
I’m glad they were ready. I’m still wanting a nap.
How is your cat adjusting (do you have a cat)?
I do! She’s doing well. But she’s used to waiting for me.
I am always enchanted by following the Quimper Hitty trail and discovering that there are adventures that I hadn’t seen yet. I love the Quimper Hitty’s time keeper, but it might be hard to fit in a pocket….
They enjoy mystifying adventures some times! Zipporah prefers a pocket watch certainly!
