this is just priceless and so touching….just lovely. made me feel nice just seeing the photos and your prose.
Thank you!!
We are so happy to share the lovely drifts of blossoms, and the Hittys like to wear their Kimono for such a beautiful occasion.
Oh my goodness~!!! Not only are the cherry blossoms beautiful beyond belief, but the Hitty’s kimonos are utterly divine! Such a lovely treat to see them! When I look out my window, I see snow…..
I hope the snow eases off soon, and you will soon have drifts of blossoms too!

Prunus serrulata time
Pretty dolls, white clouds.
A lovely Haiku – thank you!
the girls look lovely in their kimono and one blossom is just the right size for Min. In Japan everything stops and and people picnic under the trees. There are hourly media reports on where the trees are blooming.
We love the idea of picnics under the blossoms!
How nice for the girls to dress up in kimonos. Those cherry blossom blooms means the cold winter is drawing to a close and spring is near. Min is grinning from ear to ear – She is so happy, .
So nice to know the season is turning!
So beautiful and inspired, Constance-san and Honourable Quimper Mom!
The Quimper Hittys are filled with admiration for the lovely flowers.
Constance’s kimono is as beautiful as the cherry blossoms.
I enjoyed trying to get the details just right – my Japanese friend helped a lot – it is hard for a non-Japanese person to understand which details matter!
