Sweet…we have Buff Orpingtons here and are trusting that our hens will yield the same for us. Looks like Constance survived the youthful ramblings; no doubt it was the dress that kept them from taking a nip at her. Might they have thought she looked like one of them?
The Mama Hen is a Buffy, but the chicks are meant to be something else, lavender and grey Orpingtons or something…Constance would love to have had a little quiet visit with them, but they were more inclined to use her as an escape route! We only terrorised them for a minute or two…
