Butterflying
Tatty and Min went for a walk on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon.
.
.
Tatty spotted an entire string of lovely blue and white butterflies!
.
.
Min considered catching them with her butterfly net!
.
.
But Tatty sat quietly and a butterfly landed on her hand!
.
.
At bedtime the girls remembered the wonders of the day.

Once again, the Quimper Hittys have discovered magic in their neighbourhood! How lovely!
The Hittys seem to be able to see magical things indeed!
It is charming to see Min and Tatty developing such a good friendship. They seem to have a calming influence in one another.
There has been a lot of bedtime giggling, however!
So sweet! In Mo. we call those small blue butterflies (the real ones) Blue Sulphers…they flutter around wet soil in little sweet flocks. Tatty and MIn are very special little girls. And I love those butterflies!!
We had not seen anything like those pretty little butterflies before and wondered where they had come from! They must have fluttered here all the way from Missouri!
