Laurels
On the way home from work last night, Constance and I encountered a cascade of sweetly scented blossom clusters on an English Laurel bush.
We sniffed the flowers…
…admired each perfect individual little flower…
…and Constance sat for a minute in quiet repose, before we resumed the walk home.

How exquisite! Thank you! I have read about Laurels in English novels, but have never seen them. They are so lovely, and how kind of you and Constance to share them with us!
Aren’t the flowers pretty! It was so nice to walk next to the beautiful hedge of blossoms, we are happy to share the experience with you.
Ah, a moment of quiet repose for Constance amongst the laurels…I think no matter where she is, she’s always reflecting quiet repose. Thanks for sharing these beautiful moments.
You are welcome, Constance is a very restful doll.

You are welcome – the Quimper Hittys hope the Country friends are enjoying a lovely weekend.
