Rose Knits Malabrigo
The smallest human in the family gave the Quimper Hitty human a beautiful skein of Malabrigo yarn for Christmas. Rose began knitting a complicated pattern that involved lots of counting.
At first Flora thought yarn was exciting…
…but shortly wanted Rose to know that it was time to stop…
…for a Flora hug!

I can relate to both Rose and Flora throughout life’s timeline.
It looks like Flora is getting the hang of walking. What a sweet story.
We are happy to stop for hugs any time!
One can never have too many hugs. Such a sweet photo of her wanting UP! And what a lovely skein of yarn. The smallest Quimper human has very good taste!!
The yarn is called “Archangel” and I think it will make heavenly socks!
Awwwwwwwwwwwww………. sooooooooooooo sweet!!!! ❤ Absolutely precious!
Thanks 😊 it is fun to see what Flora finds interesting – hugs, string…what next!
I hope we’ll see the finished socks. The yarn, and the pattern are both very interesting.
Happy New Year to you and your whole little tribe.
Thanks very much and we return greetings to you! The Hittys will no doubt insist that I show the socks off one way or another.
Rose’s knitting must take lots of concentration. I am still sticking to the simple knits. Several women in my quilting group knit socks–one day I may give it a try. Right now I would light to knit Hitty a simple dress with pattern from hittyknittys. Grand daughter’s yarn gift was so perfect-beautiful. What a delight!
celia Happy New Year!
