“Tidal Toys” at the Moss Street Market makes the needle-felted hens and eggs. The egg fits inside the hen and if you give her a little squeeze out it pops!
Those hens seem to be doing a great job of laying. It would be a shame to eat the hens, but what eggs? I doubt the yolks would be as vivid as the shell, but probably tasty whatever colour.
Lovely eggs and cuddly looking chickens….one can see why Mary Ann is leaning in a different direction than the majority.

The”wallpaper” is actually the back of a vest. Mary Ann thinks it makes very encouraging background for the hens.
