Perdita longs for warmer climes
Perdita is always cold here in Canada, especially at this time of year. It is particularly bad at the moment because the Argentinian Girls have been hearing about the warm temperatures in their natal lands…33 degrees C in the Sierras of Cordoba yesterday!
Eugenia has found a compensatory treat
Last June the Quimper Hitty’s human recieved a visit and a box of treats from one of her Argentinian friends...The treats were immediately hidden to protect them from marauding teenagers..

They are the very best kind of Argentinian treat – two delicious cookies, stuck together with Dulce de Leche, and dredged in icing sugar…

Just one slice of “home” was enough to send the Argentinian Hittys into transports of delight! The Human ate the rest of the alfajore, and was also transported!

Yes, Hitty is truly a wonderful WORLD Ambassador for us all. I enjoyed their treat as well as the anticipation.
Hittys are generally sociable and unassuming dolls, if they take after the original Hitty from the book. the Quimper Hittys have nevertheless developed their own personalities…They all have fun here! I am glad you enjoyed their fun today!
My email doesn’t always deliver notifications of the happenings in the Quimper Hitty cupboard, so when I discover an adventure that I had missed out on, I am always delighted! What fun that their lost and found treat was also a lost and found treat for me! Sweet delights 🙂
