The crust is pre-cooked for 20 minutes and then 3 Tablespoons of raspberry jam is spread on top…

Peel and Core the Pears
A filling is made with 1/2 cup self-raising flour 1/2 cup sugar, the 1 cup ground Hazelnuts, a dash of vanilla, and two eggs…this is spread on top of the jam. Home cooked pears in light syrup arranged on top of the filling, and chopped hazelnuts to decorate…pop into a 350 oven for 1/2 an hour or until browned, and then:

I love that you bake Hitty-sized. As I am not really fond of even baking in human size, this fascinates me!
I found the smallest tiny tart tins in a thrift shop one day, how could I not start baking for the Hittys! It doesn’t always work out, but I try! I think people have different ways of expressing creativity, and little tarts (and big ones) are one of the ways that works for me. Besides, Gracia was willing to help, and the Hittys were Hungry!
Your Hittys eat better than we do…….lol
But if only we had access to Allison’s Catfish and Hushpuppies, their life would be complete!
