Spring Garden
On a Fresh Spring Morning, Constance visits her favourite Garden where the Scilla are delicate and beautiful, and the Fawn Lily is budding…
The Anemones peek up above their leafy bed…
.
.
The flowering plum is radient…
.
.
…and the yellow plum’s sweet white blossoms entice Constance to climb up.
.
.
From the branches of the plum, amongst all the glories of the garden, Constance spots some of her favourite flowers…
.
.
A patch of some fair violets, loveliest in the glade…
.
.
The spring morning was a little too fresh to stay outside long without a sweater – but Constance brings home a nosegay and her garden memories…

Oh Constance, a girl after my own heart…violets have always been my favorite flowers. My goodness…we won’t have scillas for another two months…but, so nice to see the colors and the reality of Spring already at your doorsteps there in Vancouver and a promise of it here…one of these days. Thanks for the glorious colors Constance!
We’re so happy see the lovely colours of spring (at last!) – and so happy to bring them to you!
lovely, lovely! Both the flowers and the beautiful Constance. Her frock is quite becoming.
Isn’t the dress beautiful? It was a gift from a Hitty friend. We had a glorious morning in the garden!
What a lovely bouquet of violets on her human’s B.D.!
🙂
Constance likes all Spring flowers. She looks so happy among the various flowers, I think all are her favorites.
It could be true – Constance is fond of them all, but she does find the violets easy to manage.
