Tansy at work in the field
Tansy loves to go to work with the archaeologists, and she finds some great ways to get around since her legs are a bit short. Here she is on a hat,
… in a tool holster…
…and in a vest pocket.
She does the traditional archaeologist thing of sitting on the bucket to examine finds, and miscellaneous rocks.
She searched high and low on the rocky outcrops many meters above modern sea levels for possible camp sites dating to ancient sea levels just after the ice age.
She even climbed a tree or three to get a better idea of the lay of the land.
Archeology is so cool! And Tansy is adorable at it. 🙂
Tansy has good mentors!
what a hard working HItty! And so resourceful in getting rides to carry on her work. What very fun photos.
She pitches in with the rest of the crew – and is pleased to be part of it all!
Hope Tansy – and her team – make an exciting discovery, that doesn’t look like a very safe tree that she is up.
Fortunately Tansy doesn’t weigh very much, and all the lichen is useful for toe holds!
Wow!! Tansy is having an amazing adventure. Lucky doll indeed!
She is lucky, and I am glad to be getting good reports of her various exploits – I almost feel I could be there too!
I love Tansy’s archaeological explorations, and how lovely that she has such accommodating friends to help her in her travels!
Good friends are the best!
She is an excellent field assistant!
She likes hanging out with Archaeologists!
Obviously she has good taste in humans!
