Here is Carrot Soup, temporarily assembled with toothpicks…The household demands meant that I ran out of time to paint her yesterday. She’ll have to keep waiting till the weekend…
Still grinning, Carrot Soup is happy to sit around on the kitchen table amongst the fall bouquets.

happy to see she is no longer hanging! She looks like a very cheerful Hitty, can’t wait to see her dressed.
The dangling stage is over for now! I shall have to dig through the Hitty clothes and see what suits her.
Totally agree that this photo looks very much like a masterful painting…but, with that added bit of happiness in Carrot Soup. Can’t wait to see her.

Sorry – I feel tortured too, but alas, I have one more day of museum work before I can get to the fun part!
I am glad that, while she waits, she has the companionship of beautiful flowers – I am sure she can benefit by their wisdom.
She probably is having a nice conversation with them right now!
She is such a happy little girl…she makes you smile as soon as you see her face. She is wonderful.
