November Sundown

Evening

The light is lovely and warm this evening, though the air outside is chilly. Gráinne, Min and the Parrot are enjoying a little sit in the last rays of sunlight feeling happy. Their sisters are all home safe from their exotic adventures, and though we be taking it easy for a couple of days, there will be no lack of fun in the Hitty cupboard in days to come.

  It is a warm moment, when the sun goes down and a reflection off one of the houses on the hill above ours flashes an orange glow for a few minutes! We all love extra light at this time of year!

Sometimes, the internet fails me and does not deliver notification of a new QH post. So, I have made it a habit to wander through the posts to make sure that I have indeed seen them all. I am so grateful that I remembered to do that this morning, as I just saw this exquisite photo- it looks like a Dutch masters painting…. so very lovely. Thank you!
