Doing the little things
A slight lurgy is pestering the human, rendering her somewhat listless. Luckily the Quimper Hittys are capable of amusing themselves -Min and Carrot Soup in the flower pots with the daffodils…
…and Constance with her leeks in the kitchen making Cawl Cennin.
St David, whose feast day has just past, is reported to have advised to “Gwnewch y pethau bychain mewn bywyd”
or: “Do ye the little things in life”

Constant Constance….and the playful girls in the flowers…sounds like a good combination for one who is lying somewhat low with a lurgy…sorry to hear that…so glad the dolls are there to cheer you. Perhaps Constance will share some of her Cawl Cennin.
Constance wants to make me a cup of Constant Comment Tea, I think I will accept it!
I hope that you are restored to your full vibrancy right away!
Sort of a dull glow at the moment, but thank you – nothing a bit of tea, sunshine and Hitty can’t cure, I think.
Sorry to read that you have come down with the “dreaded lurgy”. Glad your Quimper Hitty’s are there to help you feel well again. Prayers for your quick recovery.
Thank you very much, I do feel less dreaded , soon perhaps the lurgy will be banished completely!
Oh Quimper Human you do all the little things in life so very very well!! I hope that your lurgy dissipates quickly.
So sorry you are ill but thank you for my daily dose of wonderful photos.
Thank you! I have been waiting for the right moment to photograph the bread-dough leeks I bought in Bogota, and was sorry to have missed the actual St David’s day – oh well.
