2. You’re never alone with a good book…but I think Rose’s example of a generous friend joining rather than trying to tempt away is a grand lesson for Hittys and Humans alike. I shall remember to employ it. Grateful!

4. Rose had a lovely way of bringing Perdita “out”. I appreciate that gentle way of “speaking”.

   • Rose is a lovely doll to have around – she does have a calm and gentle way about her, and her mood seems to infuse itself into her companions!

5. The best kind of a friend or sister is one who meets you where you are. Rose bringing Perdita that pink rose and reading the book with her was so endearing. That’s why I love Hittys.

   • The Quimper human household, and Hitty cupboard are both filled with books! I am glad I have passed on a love of reading (alone or together) to my little woodens!
