Baking for a Celebration
The Quimper Hittys recently acquired a new cookbook!
.
.
Tansy turned to the Dessert section….
.
.
…she plans to make something that requires lots of egg whites, sugar and elbow grease!!
.
.
The wee cookbook is from the Mosaic Press, click here for their website.

Hum–perhaps something tasty with “meringue???”
Hmmm, you my be right…check in again tomorrow!
Or maybe she has a crave for one of my favourites….sabayon??? In any case, good luck to her!!!!
Mmmmm that would be super tasty…but maybe not good for children….
Or maybe angel cake for a little angel?
I think our little angel will be happy with whatever it is!
Tansy tackles titillating tasty. Can’t wait to see what she comes up with.
Tansy’s terribly talented!
What ever she is making, it is bound to be delicious. I hope we will see pictures of the end product!
The new cook book looks very inspiring.
Yes, I think sugar and egg whites are an excellent beginning to any recipe! We love the wee cookbook, the human might have to try some of the recipes!
the list of books available from Mosaic is intriguing, alas I don’t have a Hitty to read them – or it might break the bank. Can’t wait to see Tansy’s dessert.
The titles are intriguing! We had a difficult time narrowing down our choices, though I am happy to say that Tansy is very pleased with the cookbook, and so is Jane.
Ohhh a mystery!! Looking forward to seeing what Tansy comes up with. It is sure to be scrumptious. Love the new cookbook!
The cookbook is great! We don’t mean to be so mysterious…it just takes a long time to make an excellent celebration!
