April Blue
It is another sunny day…Tatterdemalion came to the store with me and stopped at every blue flower on the way there and back again!
.
.
This one is Periwinkle blue…
.
.
…and this is a blue Primrose…Tatty says they smell better than other colours!
.
.
There were so many little blue flowers – until we started counting them, all we noticed were the pink and white (Camellia, Magnolia) and yellow (Daffodils, Forsythia) flowers!
.
.
Blue everywhere we look! Tatty sat in a bower of blue…
.
.
…dwaddled among the sweet little Forget-Me-Not…
.
.
…Tatty thinks it is too bad all these flowers were in other gardens…
.
.
…but luckily we have nice blue grape Hyacinths (and a restorative cup of tea when we finally made it home)!
.
.
Beautiful, bountiful blues…breathtaking!
Breathing in blissful blue blessings!
Picasso’s blue period doesn’t ring a bell to this story in blue. Such beauty is eye candy here in the East U.S. presently.
You have my curiosity in full gear…how did Tatty start out as tatterdemalion???
Tatty’s name was Tatterdemalion as soon as she was carved…she doesn’t much mind rags and tattered clothes, and spends a lot of time just in her shift and drawers. She acceeced to this blue dress because it matches her tatted collar!
Goodness what a bounty of blooms. Tatty is so sweet in her blue frock among all of those lovely blue flowers. What a treat for the eyes…(mine!)
It is a bounty of blueness! Tatty is in blue heaven!
