Damp and Chilly
Arianell and Marmalade decided it looked too damp and chilly outside…

…they went to the living room to chat with Mormor instead.

Very wise decision. They look so cozy and peaceful!
It was a cosy and peaceful afternoon…I think tea was involved…
Much better…and they have a nice fire going…sounds like the good life on a day like today.
The fire was definitely the perfect touch. They all enjoyed the warmth, especially the Marmalade cat!
Doesn’t a good fire take the chill off of one? Arianell, Mormor and Marmalade the cat have made a wise choice for such a day as you’re experiencing. I wouldn’t mind joining them myself with a Hitty or two along for the chat.
They had a very pleasant time chatting, petting the cat, drinking tea…I love spending that kind of a quiet bubble of time with people I love, and so do the Quimper Hittys.
What a wonderful way to spend some time on a chilly day.
The day outside was chilly, but made specially nice the warmth of a lovely fire and gentle conversation.
ahh talking with Grandmother., in front of a warm fire on a blustery cold day..always a lovely way to spend an afternoon. It is cold and dampish here also!!
Cold and damp is pretty much what we expect at this time of year, but the antidotes are so comforting and comfortable, we don’t really mind a bit!
It is very damp and chilly in Ohio also. You both were very smart to spend time by the fire with Mormor.
Usually we just get on with our day, no matter what the weather outside, but some days it is just nice to stay inside and ignore the storms.
