Arianell and Marmalade took advantage of a sunny morning in late November, and went for a lovely walk around the neighbourhood.

Marmalade persuaded Arianell to carry him part of the way…

…but then Arianell encouraged Marmalade through the damp mossy bits…

AWW- It’s wonderful to have friends who encourage us forward – and sometimes carry us through.
Arianell was glad of the company and Marmalade was glad of a little frisk. The two of them were happy at the end of the walk, luckily!
Lending a helping hand or smile can do wonders, can’t it? What a lovely walk was had by feline Marmalade and wooden doll Arianell. No doubt the human behind the scenes enjoyed the jaunt as much?
Indeed the human enjoyed the traipse as much or more than the two wee ones! Such a lovely November day!

Thanks, though it wasn’t that difficult as there are many rather tame deer in our city.
Cats do tend to be more short distance sprinters rather then marathon walkers. And when a cat does not want to walk any further…you might as well carry them! Marmalade and Arianell make a fine team. What a lovely walk!
Indeed Marmalade was not going further on his own four paws…Arianell was very understanding and accommodating…it was a lovely walk!
Arianell was so good to carry Marmalade when he found it difficult to walk on his own. Such a thoughtful kind hearted girl she is. What a lovely walk around the neighbour hood they had.
Arianell is a darling…I think she would have been happy to pick up the Marmalade cat sooner, but he was not at all cooperative until his legs got tired!
