Cooky dug around in the beach combing tin…

Short overalls

Thanks so much to my Hitty friend who made the sun suit for Cooky, and sent her the short and long overalls…Tea dresses are all very well for tea parties, but she’ll have more kinds of fun in the casual clothes!

  1. Hello Cooky
What wonderful outfits for an active little girl such as you and how kind of the friend who Sent them! Every girl needs some pretty dresses too and you seem to have a great and growing wardrobe.
I notice how much you resemble Floradora. Is she your big sister?
    Much love,

    • Our kind friend knew exactly what Cooky needed to add to her wardrobe, and it was so delightful to get a little unexpected box of tiny clothes for her! She and Floradora are very good friends – they might be sisters too, in that all the Hittys I make are sisters. They aren’t “Wood-sisters” as Cooky is made from a Linden tree and Floradora from a Dogwood tree. I do have a Cooky-sized dogwood blank though…

    • The clothes are so cute! We have a very kind friend who thinks dollies should play, and helps facilitate it! The little party dress is also going to be well used – the Hittys seem to often find excuses to drink tea and eat cake!
