Scrap Happy April Yarn
I have finished knitting a pair of socks from the lovely ball of yarn I got for Christmas! The Hittys always wish I would let them have my hand made socks, to use as cosy sleeping bags…

…or nice bulky shawls.

But there was quite a lot of yarn leftover this time…

…so Floradora set to knitting…

…and sewing on buttons…

.
…and made herself a cardigan.
.
.
It is more practical than a giant shawl…
.
.
…and there is even enough leftover yarn to make some human-sized socks for my new baby great niece and nephew!

Oh, I do love a Hitty-sized scrappy project. The original socks are gorgeous, the cardigan is wonderful, and don’t forget to show us the baby socks next time!
