Small Beautiful things in the April Garden
Mudlark and Guttersnipe climbed the Wisteria vine on a wet April morning – it looks so healthy and sprouting leaves! Maybe we’ll see flowers this year…
.
.
…the black currant flowers are almost out – the number of them looks bountiful…
.
.
…and maybe this is the year we’ll get a nice crop of gooseberries!
.
.
The apple blossoms are pink and white and beautiful – about to unfurl…
.
.
…and the pear blossoms are covering the branches of our tree!!
.
.
Clumps of sweet little tulips are about to show us their faces…
.
.
and the Chocolate lily has shyly bent it’s head down…
.
.
…our spring garden is so filled with beauty and promise!

what a marvelous garden you have and what wonderful guides to share it with us.
I love their knitted dresses! Or is that crochet? Or one of each? Anyway beautiful and beautiful garden!
Mudlark’s dress in knitted (by me!) and Guttersnipe’s dress is crocheted (by someone else!) Thanks – we always love the hopefulness of spring gardens!
Well, they are both lovely!
It is such a very hopeful time of year!
