A few of the Quimper Hittys have gone off on an adventure. They will return the second week of August, and meanwhile we have scheduled these posts about the summer flowers – some in our own back yard and others in nearby gardens…See you when we get back!
Constance – Tansy is wondering if you prefer lilies over lava beds. She can hardly wait for you to come back from Iceland and share your stories.
I can honestly say the same is true for all of us out here!! Really looking forward to hearing of the adventures from across the seas!
No, Lava wins over lilies. Constance is a hardy traveler, although North Atlantic Island has a surprising amount of lovely flowers…
She is a very hardy traveler. I am not surprised that she prefers lava to lilies, that would be just like her.
Beautiful! and my favorite color. The lilies and Constance look amazing.
Tiger Lilies are special in this family…and we love orange flowers, sunsets, and fruit!
Tiger lilies are one of our favorite flowers, so it’s a delight to see Constance basking in their glow!
They are the orangest flower in our garden – very bask-worthy, even on a dull day!
