Apple Pip in September
On an early September morning Pip finds the apples are getting bigger and bigger.
The tree is confused, and Pip is too…but simultaneous blossoms and fruit on an apple tree is not completely unheard of. We won’t get a Human sized apple from it though, but maybe a Pip sized one.

A little Pip needs only a little sip of water.

Dew caught in the fireweed fluff – Pip is entranced by the sparkles on the broken spider web

Pip decides to clamber out of the Orb Spider’s vicinity…

Pip always looks so comfortable in the tree – you would think s/he were made of apple wood.
S/he is made of bass wood, but does not have a very deep voice.
How exciting! I look forward to seeing more of Pip’s adventures!
Pip clambered all over the Apple tree in 2012 – there is a link to every month’s visit to the tree here: https://quimperhitty.wordpress.com/tag/apple-pip/
