This is a very beautiful wooden family photo. It’s lovely to see such distinct personalities…love the aqua/teal shoes on Zipporah.
Thanks, Becky. Zipporah loves her slippers, but they are usually hidden beneath her skirts.
Such lovely girls, every single one of them. What a family, and growing by the looks of things! This picture sure is worth clicking on for added detail – I found I could click once to get the larger version, and then again to zoom in to different parts of it.
So nice to see them all in one place. I bet there was a lot of preening and decisions about dresses that went on before this shoot. Perdita looks like she wishes for the southern spring rather than the northern fall. She must be very happy to have an Icelandic sweater for the upcoming winter.
Perdita won’t take off that Icelandic Sweater, she says she is warm for the first time since leaving Buenos Aires. All the girls are pleased with this portrait, and they are grateful for their favourite photographer’s efforts!
That is one beautiful family of Hittys! It’s so fun to see them all together.
Thanks, Ann…The Quimper Hittys’ favourite photographer did a really nice job, and believe me it is not easy to get them all to sit still in the same place at once.
What a beautiful picture of all the Quimper Hittys on Thanksgiving Day. Their dresses are beautiful. How nice to get them all together.
Thank you, they don’t often get assembled like this.
