Visit to Cowichan Bay

Gazing at the fishing fleet.

Earlier this week Constance and Patience accompanied their humans on a visit to Cowichan Bay, where they ate a delicious lunch and strolled around the shops and docks.

Sea Lion on the dock.

They spotted a sea lion on the dock and watched and listened as it gave “what-for” to another sea lion in the water.

Tunafish boat.

Patience liked the sign on the Tuna Fish Boat…

.

A teeny tiny plate.

Constance found a plate at the Spinning Ninny. Tiny for humans maybe but generous for Hitty.

.

.

Hoparazzi.

Hittys kept hearing a croaking sound during their visit to Cowichan Bay, but they never figured out what it was.

  1. We think the Toad got lots of good pictures of the girls and the sea-lions. What a fun adventure – to watch the sea-lions at such close range. They do make alot of noise though……..
