Very nice pictures. Min is awfully brave the way she climbs around in the tree. Do I see a bit of a climbing rose in there too? I hope she did not snag on a thorn!
The Cedar Waxwing is one of our favourite birds, but we only see them in the fall for a few days. Usually they spend the summers higher up in the mountains! Min does think she’s a bird sometimes…did you read the “Not Icarus” Quimper Hitty stories?
generous Min!! Again …great photos…love the birds and love Min!!
We were so happy to see the beautiful Cedar Waxwings. They have to fly over 50 km of ocean to get off our island on the next stage of their migration.

Min (being named after a bird) is always happy to hop about in the trees. She avoided the snag, but the Waxwing enjoyed sitting on it!
Min is quite the adventurer. How wonderful to be able to see the Cedar Waxwings enjoying themselves. Once again, great photos!
The Cedar Waxwing is a beautiful bird – we are glad they like the Fruit – another reason to love the Mountain Ash tree!
I just love Min’s spirit!
Min is always ready to hop around in a tree – she gives us lessons in optimism!
The Cedar Waxwing is a beauty. Min needs wings to fly like a bird. She probably thinks she is a bird. Great pictures.
