The humans spent hours making 28 bags of pesto for the freezer, and then enjoyed a pasta dinner!!!

Oh I can smell the lovely stuff! We made pesto a bit earlier..I used walnuts as they are more readily available here but otherwise the recipe is about the same. I did not have the great help that the Hitty humans did! My girls kept their distance and just watched their person. (I tend to be a messy cook and they know that!). Fun Saturday morning episode!

Ah that was an excellent Parmigiano cheese…so easy to grate and just the right saltiness!
