Half-Pint Hitty Gingerbread Adventure

The allure of a Gingerbread House

The allure of a Gingerbread House

The half-pint Hittys have been sent off to amuse themselves while the Human attempts to finish carving, painting and stringing the newest Hitty…

Just the right size for the Wee Ones

Yum, Yum!

They have obviously not paid attention to lessons taught by Fairy Tales…everyone else seems to know it is dangerous to even lick a piece of a gingerbread cottage, let alone try and sneak inside!

The Knusperhexe's Lawn Chair

The Knusperhexe’s Lawn Chair

Undaunted by rumour, they made good use of a small folding chair…

Candy Balance

Candy Balance

…clambered daringly up to the ridgepole…

Peering

Peering

…poked and prodded down the Chimney…

Joy!

Joy!

….and rescued a stout little gentleman stuck therein!

At this time of year we like to listen to the Opera Hansel and Gretel by Engelbert Humperdink, who wrote it as a Christmas Play to be performed by his nieces and nephews.

Happy New Year to all our Blog Readers and Hitty friends…we wish you all the best for 2015!
