Beach Barnacle
Agathe and Opal escaped to their favourite beach.
Gazed at the view, the seagulls, the water…
…and found some lovely barnacles and beach glass …
…I wonder if it eats cookies…

so beautiful… I love your creative photographs. Thank you, have a nice day and weekend, love, nia
Thank you nia, we love our nearby beach, ever-changing and beautiful in its greys…I hope you are not too cold with all the snow in Istanbul today!
Yes, not too cold now… it is raining. Youa re welcome and Thank you, love, nia
My goodness! What an amazing piece of sea glass! With a bonus barnacle, too…. such a lucky find! đŸ™‚
The block-sisters love their new pet!
Beautiful glass – I love the evernew of the beach.
We like the deep blue glass fragments – a whole bowl of them have been collected over the years we’ve lived here.
That glass is an amazing find! The nearest beach to the Bonsai Hittys will rarely provide a small piece or two of beach glass, which the Bonsai Hittys treasure!
We love Beach glass! The winter is the best time to look for it, after the sand and gravel has been churned up by the waves.
Barnacles and sea glass?? My girls wonder what they could be and are fascinated by the finds. No beaches near here…(about 2000 miles away!) we have creeks but they would freeze solid today exploring them. Thank you for broadening our horizons!! as always your girls are a delight!
I bet the creeks and streams are full of wonders…in spring and summer anyway. Stay warm!
Thank goodness barnacles do not eat cookies – there are a lot of barnacles around here, and not enough cookies.
The Hittys can help with the cooky situation – they love messing about in the kitchen!!
Well, I hope they are feeling inspired soon!
So lovely that they got to spend some time on their favourite beach and glad to see they are still wrapped up warm.
They were quite cosy in their cat-hoodies!
