Sugar Bowl Quilt
We recently received an envelope of 1 1/2 inch pink-themed quilting cotton squares. The challenge was to make a quilt…
Constance approves of the result!

It’s beautiful! And, lives up to it’s name- it really is sweet! 🙂
Thank you – Constance likes it, and so do I!
Nicely, nicely done….always appreciate your designs and workmanship.
Thank you – I was a bit tired when I made this one – I ended up having to take off the bottom three squares and re-stitch them right way up…and I think I could improve my corners, but it is wicked hard at this small scale.. I just keep stitching wee quilts for fun, so I don’t mind their imperfections too much…
very, very sweet, looks like Constance has put her name on it. such tiny squares to work with. and I love the overshot background piece.
My weaving friend Caroline gave me the overshot – isn’t it lovely – I want to weave Hitty-scale overshot!
we can work on a miniature overshot! think I must have an old email address, send me an email (mjbetts@telus.net) if you want to arrange a time/day.
what a charming little quilt. Love the hearts quilted in the corners. Constance looks quite comfy even a tad flirtatious! I am also admiring the background fabric.
Thank you – we had fun sewing it…especially the hearts in the corners!
Lovely!
