Views from the boat
Tansy became quite accustomed to life on board…here she is with the Gowdas Islands receding into the distance…
…and enjoying big waves near the Nangwai Islands…
…She held tightly to the ropes of the smaller boat as they went zooming along in Darwin Sound.
The crew stayed at a float camp for two days where there were no waves at all in the protected inlet near the Bischof islands …
.
Tansy greeted another beautiful day at dawn in Richardson Passage…
.
.
…and watched the sun go down from Yakulanas Bay.

so beautiful… you almost took me into a fantastic voyage… You are amazing. Thank you, love, nia
I am so glad you are enjoying this series, My partner, (and the Hitty’s favourite photographer) was very kind to take Tansy along with him on this trip, and to photograph her adventures…I wish I could tag along with them some time!

Fantastic dreamy voyage
Thanks 🙂
Stunning photos.
I love the sunrise picture – but all together, they give a good sense of what it was like to be there!
Tansy was privileged to see the very beautiful islands, water, and trees!
She surely was! I am glad she and her photographer could experience such a beautiful and remote part of the world!
Oh My! It makes me want to be back out on the waters of the Pacific Northwest. Those early morning photos make me sigh. That is the best time of day on the water!
The crew was after the lowest tides, which tended to occur at dawn! It does look beautiful, I wish I could have been there too!
Oh this was a very special sequence..for those of us land bound your photos are a window on the world.
It is very different to urban Victoria too! Tansy is the luckiest Hitty in the cupboard!
Oh my gosh! What glorious photos! Thank you! wow….
It can be rather wild and stormy too – they were lucky with the weather!
The scenes are so pretty What a wonderful boat ride and sunset scene…
Tansy is a very lucky Hitty!
