A giant papaya, a spiky pitahaya and a soft little guayaba sitting on the counter….

Fruit Salad

…makes for a delicious morning fruit salad. The girls wish that I had packed their aprons!

Oh, please let them have a go in the kitchen despite lack of aprons! What beautiful fruit. I haven’t ever had guayaba, but did have the most scrumptious, gigantic papaya back in Guatemala, way back when. Enjoy the fruits of the land.
