Constance wishes all her friends a very Happy Lucia Day, may the light return soon!
Natten går tunga fjät
rund gård och stuva;
kring jord, som sol förlät,
skuggorna ruva.
Då i vårt mörka hus,

I wish my mother were here to see these Lucia Day photos. They are wonderful…seeing past ones too. I see those adorable little stars in the background…picture perfect.
I have always loved Lucia Day! My mother was always very patient with me on December 13th, and good-naturedly allowed me to bring her fresh home-made Lucia buns and coffee both of indifferent quality for breakfast!
And a very Happy Lucia day to the Quimpers!!!!! Hope this Christmas season brings joy to each!!! Thank you for this beautiful photo!!!
