Oh, what a welcome post to start the New Year!
I do love to see and read about the interests of my friends across the seas and to have so many show us their plans for 2019 has been delightful.
We plan to help our new friends here, a family of china heads that belonged to our Person’s ancestors, settle in and build a home. They have been attic refugees for far too long and 2019 is to be a time to offer them a little comfort in life.
Wishing all in the Hitty Cupboard and their bigger friends a VERY HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR!

We have a new old china head, and a newish but second-hand china head that want attention at my house too – the Hittys are vaguely interested, but willing to share their enormous wardrobe if any of the clothes fit and are appropriate! Good luck with your project!
How I wish the Müttersholtz Hittys could come to spend time with the Quimper Hittys. The QHs offer such comfort, warmth, color, creativity, wholesomeness….we here in the M…Inn, surely are blessed to read your wonderful narratives as you post them. Thank you so much. May your year be blessed.

They certainly do! I plan to encourage them (and perhaps record their progress) in all their chosen activities!
Wonderful resolutions! The Quimper Cupboard will be a hive of activity in 2019. I must comment on Viola’s dulcimer…it is wonderful!!! I love the sound of a dulcimer and I am sure her family will enjoy her music.
It is a wonderful dulcimer, isn’t it? Viola was so glad we had one at our house, and extra glad we acquired the book to help her learn about them!
The Hitty’s are wonderful role models for meaningful resolutions. I think Constance has me thinking of walking in nature (no matter the weather). Wishing you and all our blog friends, a Happy, Healthy and Love filled New Year.
