The cling-film-topped pots are destined for quick consumption, but the mason-jarred ones keep without processing. I sterilise the jars in the oven, and the lids in boiling water. It has always worked for me!
OOPS! Looks like someone is waiting for a second helping, Gilly seems to be protecting those two remaining plates of goodness. Thankfully I see you made plenty for hungry Hittys…and humans. YUM!
Oh, scrumptious! This is such an interesting recipe. Do you process your marmalade after you put it in jars? Or is it so quickly consumed?

Yum yum!!
Yes indeed! I had almost given up on the Seville oranges, but there they were in the shops at last!!!
such a lovely color and so scrumptious looking on toast.
This batch was excellent (thanks, twins!)

Possibly not quite enough for the humans! I think this is particularly good on buttered fresh Swedish Limpe bread!
Like jewels in the jar and heaven on the toast!
The marmalade was indeed both Poetic and delicious!
Perfect!
How wonderful you are always canning something.
We do love making food – jelly and jam…and cookies…hard to resist when the twins are so good at aiding and abetting!
Delicious – Orange marmalade is the best
We think so too!
