High Tea in Victoria
Vanilla set the table…
.
.
…and requested the company of two special little guests…
.
.
…at High Tea in the Hitty Cupboard! Do you take sugar…
.
.
…and how much cream would you like on your strawberries?
.
.
Guttersnipe loved the Princess Cakes…
.
.
…and Mudlark was amused by the sceptre Spoon…
.
.
…they both felt like royalty!
.
.
Guttersnipe and Mudlark may actually have been around when Queen Victoria was alive…that is a good reason for them to be celebrated! In any case, we approve of any excuse for tea and cakes in the Hitty cupboard!

I am delighted for Mudlark and Guttersnipe to be invited to such a fine tea. How kind of Vanilla to invite them.
It was a fine tea – everyone enjoyed themselves, even the human!
I can only imagine how happy any member of Quimperland must be to receive an invitation to Vanilla’s high tea. She sets a beautiful table.
We enjoy getting out the the best plates and cutlery – it makes an event a special event! The lovely cakes help too, of course.
so beautiful, I would love to teleport to this wonderful tea party! Thank you, Love, nia
We would love it if you came to visit for tea – Vanilla would get another chair and put another plate and tea cup on the table for you!
what a lovely party and how caring of Vanilla to plan such an event for the two littles. As always I love the antique blue tea set and enjoyed seeing the strawberries and cakes! My favorites.
We love the blue tea set too – it used to belong to my grandmother, except for a few pieces I found later in an antique shop! And Strawberries and cakes – what’s not to love?!
I love your little stories, but I REALLY love the props! Thank you.
You are welcome! We love finding little things, and finding people who will make us little things!
Love the tea set 😊 And especially love that it was passed down to you, that’s so special. I’d like to try and replicate the bowl of strawberries. I’ve only made whole strawberries before, but the sliced berries look delicious!
The Strawberries were from a “cane” given to me by a dollhouse store proprietor, all I had to do was slice them!
