…the quinces are fuzzy and yellow…

…and look! The very last raspberries are ready to be picked!

Raspberry Picnic
Henrietta and Cooky had a raspberry picnic in the dry woodshed!

The girls were perfectly dressed for raspberry picking; a little smear of juice wouldn’t show on those beautiful clothes…
That is true, though their fingers and mouths had a few telltale marks!

Our little wooden people were just glad to hear the garden sighing with relief after a very long, dry summer! A little rain helps a lot!
