A morning walk
A little walk at the causeway…
.
.
…and a little sit on a hedge…
.
.
…followed by more walking…
.
.
…and a rest on the prettiest chair!
.
.
It was kind of a dark and dull day weatherwise, but there was plenty to discover on our morning walk!
.
.
…like errant golf balls…
.
.
…and amazing mushrooms…
.
.
…and walnuts!
.
.
Just as we all thought we would faint from hunger we arrived at the Oak Bay Marina…
.
.
…and ordered lunch.
.
.
…Vanilla and Henrietta had a little sword fight…
.
.
…but the young human shared her Tangerine gelato.
.
.
…and we all went home peaceably in the car! Thanks, Favourite photographer for picking us up at the end of our long walk!
.

Memories being created together are priceless treasures. You and young human (with a dash of favorite photographer thrown in) are surely fine examples of strengthened bonds between individuals. You’re keeping the generations connected~priceless.
We had a lovely week together – a long walk with a BLT at the end of it was one of young human’s definitions of heaven! I enjoyed it too, and especially in the company of Hittys!
Ahhh! how perfectly lovely! Thank you for sharing your morning perambulations!!!
The Oak Bay Marina has a nice little greasy spoon, and is a good little walk from our house! We were glad to have you perambulating along with us!
Amother lovely outing. Thank you for taking us with you.
It’s very nice to have the company of young relatives, small dolls and friends on a walk – in fact that’s my idea of heaven!
what an adventure seeing what was to be seen and the finishing touch a lovely lunch and desert. Enjoyed seeing the girls out and about. I am admiring that white dress especially.
Vanilla thanks you very much – she likes her white dress too!
This white dress is just gorgeous! Fun, lovely photos as always. My favorite is the marina shot.
Thanks! We enjoyed our little jaunt (and the lunch afterwards!)
