Out of the Hibernaculum III
Þóra explains that the Miðgarður Snakelet was sick and tired of chewing on its’ own tail, and has discovered it doesn’t like the taste of Bugs either. She advises the Hittys to hunt around in the garden for something more delicious and offer it in trade for Bjork’s little Bug. Snakes actually like a little variety in their diet, and have adventurous palates.
Constance has found something unusual in the Rhubarb patch and wonders if it would be acceptable to the snake?

The Miðgarður Snakelet will like the taste of these better than The Bug, don’t you think?

An easter egg hunt – what fun! But, if I were that size, I might feel a bit nervous knowing the Miðgarður Snakelet was in the vicinity. Kind of like sharing the woods with a grizzly bear. I guess these girls are made of sterner stuff than I am.
Indeed! What fun on this Easter egg hunt!
The Hittys are just glad that the Miðgarður Snakelet is not a full-sized version of Jörmungandr, and they don’t have to pacify him with freshly hewn Ox-heads. Chocolate Easter Eggs they can handle.
lol. Indeed. I image hunting down oxheads would be difficult.
Well If your name is Þór and you have a Very Large Hammer, I guess smiting Oxen is within the realm of the possible.
🙂
Wonderful. I love the snakelet as he lurks around the flower pot. I’m sure he’ll like all those chocolates much more than The Bug. I know I would!
Lindt and Fair Trade Chocolate eggs are the best! If I was a Miðgarður Snakelet I would devour them all!
