Trip Around the World Quilt

Another two ex Yoyo mini quilts have made their appearance. Min is sleeping (well, lying) under the one made with one-inch squares arranged diagonally – about half of the squares in this quilt are 1930’s reproduction fabrics leftover from a previous project, and the other half from the old yoyo quilt. The back and border is one piece of cloth, made from a piece of 1920’s fabric in my stash…

The quilt on the wall is the “Trip Around The World” quilt pattern…entirely made with former Yoyos, except the back and border. Now five mini quilts are done!

  Hi! My dolls have great fun!! The quilts have no batting, just some stitching to keep the backing and the patchwork together. They would be very fat, and might not drape very well if they had any filler.
