Dark chocolate, luxurious linens, and good books! I wouldn’t get out of it either!
Constance is enjoying a day of luxury, she (and I) believe in taking everything in moderation, including moderation!
My heart is melting at the luxury…quick, grab the chocolate before it melts! So very, very beautiful and beautifully done.
Don’t worry, the chocolate didn’t last long enough to melt!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh…………. sigh………….. the bliss, the utter bliss of it all……………… sigh………… ahhhhhhhhhh…. 🙂

well once again you have served to inspire us!! The bedding is just so perfect! And of course Constance in her lovely white night ensemble is just lovely. You have certainly transformed a very special bed into a work of art!!
Constance is glad you think so… the bed was given to Rose and Constance, and she is just delighted that everything worked out so well. The plan is that all the Quimper Hittys will take a turn sleeping in the bed, and guests will also get to sleep in it…I may have to start making elegant nighties for them all though so they can feel worthy of the bed finery!
