Hanky Corner Pinafores
Two little embroidered handkerchiefs – one with blue edging…
.
.
…one with a pink corner.

We had to cut off the blue edging but we saved it for a future project…
.

…and two little pinafores are on their way to the Hittys of the woman whose mother collected these hankies.
The origami paper dresses are an easy pattern…Click here for a link to some easy-to-follow instructions.
Charming…and as always, beautifully crafted and created.
Thanks very much, we love to sew these, it is like a little sewing magic when it all works out in the end!
Such beautiful little pinafores for two sweet girls. Love them,
We hope the far away Hittys will love them too!
WOW! I fall in love with them… you are amazing. Thank you, Love, nia
I first learned about this pattern for a human-sized apron…but they look so cute made out of a handkerchief, now they are my favourite doll clothes to sew!
I see, but can’t be more beautiful than this… I wished to be your neighbour… 🙂 Have a nice day, Love, nia
I’m sure the woman whose Hitty’s will receive these pretty pinafores will cherish them…especially coming from her own mother’s collection. What a beautiful and meaningful gift.
I think they will be extra special for her – I hope so!
Perfect!
They turned out pretty well – eh?
So pretty 😊.
Thanks so much!
So lovely!! The Hitty mom is going to be SOOO pleased!!! YOu are such an artist!
Blush, blush…thank you, we are pleased with them too.
