Perdita had a lucky day – first her human finally strung some pearls into a necklace for her, and then she found a peacock feather in the front yard! There are Peacocks living in Beacon Hill Park, but that is four kilometers away. I wonder if there is a peacock with a more adventurous temperament than usual strolling about our town!
