Victoria Day Tea
Canadians celebrate Victoria Day on the third weekend of May. In some cities there are parades and fireworks, but the Quimper Hittys like to celebrate in a milder, gentler fashion.
We all love chocolate cake, Tea, and strawberries!
Even if it is hard to balance it all on one small lap!

It would be lovely to join you in your celebration and calming setting. Your tea parties must be very nice events to attend.
I have been thinking I should have dolly tea parties more often, maybe even invite the neighbours in…
A Victoria Day tea party seems to me to be the most perfect way to celebrate the perfections of a May afternoon!
It was lovely, we like tea and parties, and like opportunities to combine them.
What a wonderful tea party. The Tea Pot and dishes are so lovely. All the colors in the photos are beautiful. I confess I do love pastels!! Wish the Country Hittys and I could have joined the girls for a wee cuppa.
I am with you, though Min thinks pastels are insipid!
