June Sunset
Opal, and Agathe went to the beach to try and catch the sunset.
The girls scrambled up the boulders…
…found a good perch on the glacial striations…
…and watched the sun go down.

Lovely!
Thanks very much, we love a little stroll at sunset, and are glad that the sunset comes at a reasonable hour these days!
Soothing!!!!
Ah yes, these girls can be very calm (but not always!)
The QHs seem to lead a restful life. Beach trips, long grasses, strawberries, trees…I guess one couldn’t expect otherwise for wooden people. They gravitate towards their own. Thanks for posting these serene photos.
We are glad you enjoyed the pictures, June is turning out to be very peaceful here, though dryer than usual.
Beautiful site. Love those glacial striations!!
The raking light at sunset was the perfect time to photograph the striations!
well I for one am quite surprised that Opal and Agathe were so calm…and did not get into even one ounce of mischief!! Were they tired from a long day of play and Hitty chores??
Great photos by the way…love your sunset and the beach scenes.
Well, they did not get into mischief while I was looking! I think they weren’t tired out, but perhaps plotting some new mayhem!
Just love the last and first photos especially. What a wonderful evening.
It was a very nice way to end the day!
